Jeanette je magistrem filologie a má pedagogické a výzkumné zkušenosti z univerzit a vysokých škol v Německu a Dánsku. Je viceprezidentkou Evropské sítě pro města vhodná pro děti. Je viceprezidentkou Mezinárodní herní asociace v Dánsku. Je členkou poradní rady Centra pro sport a učení na Univerzitě Jižního Dánska

Rob Boogmans

Obchodní ředitel, KOMPAN Fitness

Rob má vzdělání fyzioterapeuta a osobní trenéra a má více než 20 let zkušeností s fitness.

Od roku 2008, kdy založil společnost pro venkovní fitness Standing-Strong Outdoor Fitness, byl průkopníkem v oblasti venkovního fitness. Standing-Strong byla první společností, která představila flesibilní a funkční trénink ve venkovním prostředí. V roce 2010 byla společnost Standing-Strong lídrem na trhu outdoorového fitness v Beneluxu a měla několik patentovaných řešení.

V roce 2014 byla společnost Standing-Strong převzala společností KOMPAN a v roce 2015 se Rob Boogmans připojil ke společnosti KOMPAN, kde založil Fitness institut KOMPAN a vyvinul nové produktové řady outdoorového fitness. Od roku 2015 KOMPAN vytvořil více než 1000 nových outdoorových fitness ploch a je všeobecně uznáván jako nejinovativnější a nejprofesionálnější společnost v outdoorovém fitness.

Nikolaj má magisterský titul v oboru Architektura se specializací na průmyslový design a více než 20 let pracuje v oblasti průmyslového designu a vyvíjí širokou škálu produktů. Do společnosti KOMPAN nastoupil v roce 2013 a od té doby je zodpovědný za širokou škálu produktů v oblasti fitness a hry. Nikolaj se v poslední době zabývá vývojem Designérského studia KOMPAN.

Designérka produktů na míru, Designérské studio KOMPAN

Sophie má zkušenosti jako stavební inženýr specializovaný na vývoj produktů. Na začátku její cesty ve společnosti KOMPAN se zaměřila na vývoj nových prvků a nových produktových řad, ale nyní je součástí tvůrčího týmu, který navrhuje hřiště na míru na základě herních věží GIGANT. Cílem je vždy navrhnout hravá, tematická a zakázková hřiště, která vypovídají o krajině a zároveň podporují hru a vývoj dětí.

Člen dánské pracovní skupiny pro vývoj normy EN1176 a dalších souvisejících norem.

Joan má zkušenosti jako strojní inženýrka a několik let pracovala ve strojírenství. Po nástupu do technického týmu společnosti KOMPAN v roce 1996 postupně přebírala větší odpovědnost za bezpečnost produktů. Od roku 2003 je zodpovědná za bezpečnost produktů KOMPAN, včetně hodnocení, testování, certifikace, školení a poprodejní podpory.
